The Seasonal Banquet classes are designed to teach you how to cook beautiful Italian food whilst allowing you to experience a taste of the Italian Lifestyle. The seasonal menus comprise a balance of easy to cook weeknight meals and dishes for those special occasions. These classes are intimate, ‘hands on’ and include a full Italian meal with wine. All recipes will be provided. These classes are taught by either Silvia Guccione or Silvana Mercuri. The Seasonal Banquet classes are typically held on Saturdays from 10:00am – 2:00pm and cost $139 per person. An apron is required for this class.
